this person is calling my phones thru walkie talkie services and harassing my family really bad please be advise that i the owner of the phones contact him and he is very disrespectful

Received a call at noon from this number, subsequently, I made an online complaint to the Washington State regulators, and the Washington Attorney General. This was the second annoying call this week (got one yesterday, too, but from another number (321-489-9), not belonging to the Pacific Telecom Communications Group, but to another number/area, and when I googled it, I found a similar blog, indicating that folks were getting calls from it that would not stop, day after day, week after week.)..and I am on the governments no call list, so I should not be getting these kinds of telemarketing/prank/harassing calls.
